L & C's Mobile Notary Service are seasoned, mobile signing agents listed in the National Fidelity Notary Database and are certified with the National Notary Association. We have been commissioned in the state of CA for over 20 years. We are certified to complete In-Person Electronic Notarizations. We are very familiar and knowledgeable of loan and legal documents, including, but not limited to Purchases, Seller documents, Refinances, HELOCs, Deed in Lieus, Reverse Mortgages, Land Contracts, Loan Modifications, Property Deeds, Estate documents, Affidavits, Employment contracts, Court documents, Power of Attorney, Financial Statements, Adoptions, Commercial leases, Certified copies of documents, Passport application and so many other types of documents. To date, we have successfully completed 2000+ error free signings. We have several years of witnessing and authenticating signatures, administering oaths, verifying signatures and taking affidavits.
